Bagna cauda day

The biggest collective bagna cauda at the same time as dinners organised by 150 restaurants with 15,000 seats will take place on Friday for dinner, on Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner and offers three versions of this dish: Come Dio Comanda (the traditional one), Eretica (melted garlic), Atea (without garlic) and with truffle on demand.

Everyone attending the festival will receive a big bib made of fabric and a vademecum of Bagna Cauda with the history of the dish.
