In the southern area of Parma, the 18th edition of November Porc will take place in November. This festival has become an international event offering a wide range of products made from pork and the excellence in food and agricultural production.
It’s a touring event taking place during every the week end and touching several villages, worldwide known for their typical items: the first one is Sissa (November 5-8), then Polesine (November 13-15 ), Zibello (November 20-22) and the last one in Roccabianca (November 27, 29).
It’s the right occasion to know this area and its excellent products: the Culatello of Zibello DOP, Parma cured ham, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese just to mention a few of them.
