Parma cured ham Museum
Langhirano

The museum is located in Langhirano Foro Boario built in 1928 (the former cattle market).
An area of more than 500 square meters divided into sectors, to show the origin of this delicacy, the human adventure, the tradition and the technical evolution, the anecdotes and stories, culinary applications since the day when the sweet cured ham was first produced. A shop is also available, offering a wide range of publications, gadgets, table objects and food products.
