1 round puff pastry sheet
70 gr (2,5 ounces) sliced cooked ham
half coffeecup of milk
1 - Cut the mozzarella into small dices and place in a colander to drain.
2 - Cut the puff pastry sheet into 12 wedge-shaped slices.
3 - Put the cooked ham slices and the mozzarella dices on the larger base of each puff pastry wedge.
4 - Roll the wedges starting from the wide edge to the point. Curve the rolled wedges to form croissants and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5 - Brush the croissants with milk.
6 - Bake them in preheated 180C/350F oven about 15/20 minutes, until golden brown.
