1/3 sparkling water

 

6 cl Prosecco

4 cl Aperol

A sprinkle of club soda/seltzer

The Spritz aperitif was created in the Veneto region and with “ombra” (the typical glass of wine) is a must of many “bacari” (popular bars) and Venetian taverns. In the beginning, it was a glass of white wine sprinkled with water.  It consists of fizzy white wine or Prosecco, Aperol and sparkling water.
